Nigel Gloudon, FCCA

FCCA since 2004, with a varied background in accountancy practice (assurance and advisory) and NHS finance. Nigel has significant experience of ‘Big 4’ consultancy having worked for both PWC and Deloitte LLP in specialist roles. Nigel become our Independent Trustee (Chairman) in June 2023, at the outset of our Employee Ownership Journey and provides significant Board leadership as well as guidance to our staff council. Nigel currently occupies a senior strategic finance role within the NHS.
